Basketball Grades K-5 (Co-Ed)
The Bedford Youth Grades K-5 Co-Ed Basketball League is open to both boys & girls and will be divided by grades (Grades K-1, Grades 2-3 and Grades 4-5). Players will learn basketball skills and play games in an organized league. Basket height will be adjusted for for this age group. Each team will have one practice a week for an hour (6pm, 7pm or 8pm) in an elementary school gym. Games will be played on Saturdays (morning) at the Monroe Rd Elementary gym. Bedford residents have priority in being placed on a team. Space remaining is open to other communities depending on the number of participants, volunteer coaches and facility space. Registrations are on a first-come basis. League size depends on the number of volunteer coaches. Coaches Needed: Volunteers are very valuable to the success of this league. Please consider coaching or assist coaching a team. If you or someone you know would like to help, please complete the coaching portion when registering your child. Registration Deadline: October 14

Michigan's driver education curriculum is split into two segments and is required for all teen drivers under age 18.
Latchkey is before and after school care. Latchkey is also available on delay mornings.
Recreation League Program offers a variety of sports through the year for pre-school through the 12th grade.
Youth Enrichment classes are short term classes held after school or on Saturdays.

Basketball Leagues are offered for Pre-Basketball, K-3rd, Girls Basketball and Boys Basketball grades 4-12
Medically-oriented instruction series for boys and girls ages 11-13.
Special Events are a one-time event specifically set up to celebrate a holiday or family event.
