WE OFFER BASKETBALL LEAGUES FOR COED PRE-K, COED GRADES K-3, GIRLS GRADES 4-6, AND BOYS GRADES 4-12. REGISTRATION OPENS ON SEPT. 4TH FOR COED GRADES PRE-K TO 3 AND GIRLS GRADES 4-6, NOV. 1ST FOR BOYS 4-8, AND DEC. 1 FOR BOYS GRADES 9-12.
The Bedford Youth Cross Country Program is open to all boys and girls who will be in grades K-6 in the fall of 2023.

The Bedford Youth Coed Volleyball League is open to all boys & girls grades 3-8 who would like to improve their skills and play in an organized league. Registration for the 2024 fall league opens Sept. 4th.
Horseback Lessons: English Riding for students in grades K-12.
Medically-oriented instruction series for boys and girls ages 11-13.
Students will receive instruction in traditional Japanese Goju Ruy Karate-do. Stretching and strengthening the body (junbiundo), basic techniques (kihon), traditional formal exercises (kata), and sparring strategy (kumite) will be the major focus of this class. All will receive expert age-appropriate instruction, attention and assistance in class. NOTE: This class meets twice/week in the Douglas Rd Elementary gym, Tuesdays 6:30 - 8 p.m. and Saturdays 11:30 - 1 p.m. Promotions by Bedford Seiwa Kai are free of charge and will be conducted ONLY on March 15th (winter session) and May 17th (spring session.)
