The Bedford Youth Cross Country Program is open to all boys and girls who will be in grades K-6 in the fall of 2023.

Medically-oriented instruction series for boys and girls ages 11-13.
Safe Sitter is a medically-oriented instruction session that teaches boys and girls ages 11-13 to handle emergencies when caring for young children. It is a 5-1/2-hour program with hands-on training the following areas: basic lifesaving techniques, safety precautions to prevent accidents, how to activate an emergency system, and tips on basic child care. Class limit of 12.
