Basketball Leagues are offered for Coed Pre-Basketball, Coed K-3rd grades, and Boys Basketball grades 4-12 (Registration available in Dec. for the boys 4-12 league.)
The Bedford Youth Cross Country Program is open to all boys and girls who will be in grades K-6 in the fall of 2023.
The Pre T-Ball Evening League is for pre-schoolers ages 3 1/2 - 5 years of age.

Summer Band and Orchestra Programs
Summer Parks is a drop-in and drop-out program for kids grades K-5.
Students will receive instruction in traditional Japanese Goju Ruy Karate-do. Stretching and strengthening the body (junbiundo), basic techniques (kihon), traditional formal exercises (kata), and sparring strategy (kumite) will be the major focus of this class. All will receive expert age-appropriate instruction, attention and assistance in class. NOTE: This class meets twice/week, Thursdays at Jackman Rd. Elementary 6:30 - 8 p.m. and Saturdays at Douglas Rd. Elementary 11:30 - 1 p.m. Promotions by Bedford Seiwa Kai are free of charge.
